I hate everyone that went to Miami!
You guys stink...
Rot in hell. :mad:
It was totally boring this weekend. My weekend consisted of staying in LA, receiving text messages from everyone that was IN Miami, drinking at the bar by myself, trying to avoid cigarettes and trying to party up all weekend just to think to myself... "i don't need Miami"... :clown:
Well... that... I'm going to Miami next year. ;)
Hope you guys had fun and cannot wait to hear about it. :D |

honestly i dont regret going since ive never been to WMC and hanging out with super8 & tab, friends from thursday-sunday was fun :D super8 & tab even said the vibe in SF was much better than Miami and Mighty's sound was better than the club they played at the night before, I think it was Nocturnal :conf: |

| ya i agree with the fella above me, i had a great time this weekend, especially had fun with super8 and tab at circus. i don't regret not going to WMC, atleast my wallet is not as empty as many of you that went to miami ;p |

I feel the same way! The couple g's I spend, I spend constantly @ Vegas...maybe more.
Next year book you plane + room on the same day the dates get announced...because it only goes uphill from there.

First time to Florida/Miami/WMC and I shall be there every year now. |

I had an amazing and fun time =)
however this was the slowest conference I had ever seen, numbers were down this year - it was very obvious
I have some crazy stories, maybe I'll share later...LOL
all I have to say though
Markus Schulz at Armada OWNED! He ripped Parkwest apart. That was the best set from Markus I ever heard. SO AMAZING!
other favorites sets from the conference
last hour of Sasha and Digweed boat party = MAGICAL (played that northern exposure vibe)
another favorite set = Paco Osuna & Adam Beyer back to back = WHOOOOOOOOA!! probably some of the best techno i heard a while
AMonly party at Karu & Y (amazing venue btw) with Spundae vs Ruby Skye vs Skills vs Flirty Flirty over too many bottles at a table = :eyespop: :crazy: :tongue3 :eyespop: |

First night - Roger Sanchez @ Mansion...lets just say there were people coming up to me @ Space afterhours asking where the girls I was with were. :tongue2
Thursday - Chilled with friends who just came in @ Shoreclub. Changed, sushi. Space. Watched Sander Van Doorn for a lil downstairs. Went upstairs and never came back down. Prydz, then Guetta til 2 PM.
Friday - Woke up, sold ultra ticket around 9ish. Went to BBC Radio 1 pool party. Cedric Gervais was on, Pete Tong live on the air. Gervais was playing this week's essential mix. No club. Found some rookies playing loudly nearby our hotel Ocean and 11th. The rest of the night on the beach :gsmile:
Saturday - Sold Sat Ultra ticket. Went to DJ Reza's Mansion party on Sunset Island. Free...free drinks. Got in time to see Victor Calderone and Junior Sanchez. Got a half hour massage there also (that was great!) Changed....went to Cameo...they were charging $150 at the door...I walked right in w/ my $50 presale hard ticket. WOW WOW WOW
Sunday morning - Space charging wayyyy too much $120 + tip if you wanna go on terrace. Went to some garage looking place next door for free. Called 90 degrees. Went to Nikki Beach when there was party for those who ran a 3k marathon. Normal people were there with families. Free drinks, oranges and cookies. The way we people looked at was priceless! Didn't wait til the party started at noon. Had to check out by 1. Took things to friends room to sleep. Got woken up at 5 pm(thankfully or I would miss my flight...I didn't hear my phone ring!) Sat next to two workers from Sutra OC on the flight back to LA.
Sunday night - LAX 11:30pm. I had a party @ Area (Hollywood) made it by 12:15, my partners bitched @ me for going to Miami when we have an event, but I made it back to take this pic w/ my partners! Look I AM ALIVE!
