I must have had tunnel vision all those years.

Does that mean you'll be handing out Armani clothes during the show?

Viva le' Tiesto!

Did you get a free car or a free playstation when those 2 sponsored anything? Did you get anything from Delta Heavy?

It was a rhetorical question.

tickets are going fast!

I don't think there is a problem with corporate sponsorship, unless the dj gets too hot headed. I think the fact that he's willing to play at a smaller club is reassuring. As I said a long time ago, I thought he was going to try and move up to the Georgia Dome or something. People were suggesting that last year he decided to cut his set short. Whether it's true or not, I don't know. If that kind of stuff does happen, I think a dj getting big is a bad thing. But if they can remember their roots and remember the fans, they still have my respect no matter how many albums they sell. I still have hope for Tiesto unlike a lot of others though.

As long as this isn't 50 bucks like the last time he's here I'm cool with it. Spending 50 dollars to watch someone DJ is just a bit... much.

$35 (without the ticket charge)

That seems a little more reasonable, I mean if it was a big party with a lot of names 50 would be whatever, but it was pretty much just him and one other dude last time (can't remember his name), and the venue kinda sucked. Plus, it equaled out to about 60ish last time too.

I'm actually surprised at Tiesto for playing a smaller venue, when he has the ability to play at a much larger place and make tons more cash. I think this will be a much better show than the one in september.
trancension
What pissed me off most about Tiesto when he played in September was he didn't close his own set...what was that about? He played from like 1:30 to 3:30'ish? I mean, that was better than Paul van Dyk's 1:30 to 2:45 a month ago...but still. How you going to get up and leave over an hour early?

But something tells me they're going to oversell tickets as usual, and to top it off, the price of the tickets will be $60'ish come June.

I'm not sure if there will be tickets left come June. These are selling super fast!

I need to look ahead at my work load and make sure that there isn't anything that I have to be at work for during that time . . . and then I will schedule the day of and after off and go. Should be decent. I know Tij isn't the best, but still, like Sam said he is one of the ones that got me into EDM in the first place. Even if he is a tool now, I like seeing him on a pure "respect for what he was" issue.
