why should the city have to pay more for subway service to accomadate idiots in our society who drink and drive when they shouldnt be, get a cab, dont be firrgin lazy and stupid. |

I think it looks GREAT!
BUT, considering all the complaining the city and TTC have been doing about not having enough money... was it REALLY necessary to spend $5,000,000.00 on sprusing up one of the less busy stations in the city? |

btw, the ttc only spent $1mil. the other amount was from private donaters and the province.
it's gonne be fun reading these posts after a couple of years when ppl will be saying that the station is old, tacky, boring, etc and it needs a new look. |

wow! 5 million for some ornamental pillar covers. You could build a community center with that money... well not quite but close.
I passed by the station the other day and only saw the sign "museum".. thought it was a nice detail. The pillars do look out of place with the half-ass ceiling job. |
