President Bush often argues that history will vindicate him. So he can't be pleased with an informal survey of 109 professional historians conducted by the History News Network. It found that 98 percent of them believe that Bush's presidency has been a failure, while only about 2 percent see it as a success. Not only that, more than 61 percent of the historians say the current presidency is the worst in American history. In 2004, only 11.6 percent of the historians rated Bush's presidency in last place. Among the reasons given for his low ratings: invading Iraq, "tax breaks for the rich," and alienating many nations around the world. Bush supporters counter that professional historians today tend to be liberal and that it's too early to assess how his policies will turn out.

I'm really looking forward to history judging this Presidency because theres no way it will be in Bush's favor. Who knows what we're going to find out that went on once hes gone. |

Greetings, sir. You must be new. It seems you're making quite an impression of yourself on your initial visits here.
As you might have guessed, most of the threads here are about American politics. Not all, of course, but most. That has much to do with the fact that the majority of posters are either from America or tend to have an interest in American politics more than anything else.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with politics in other countries, and you of all people are more than welcome to start a thread and discuss a political topic from other countries of your choosing.
But I would suggest that if you actually have an interest in engaging in a discussion or debate with someone, that you actually stick to the topic at hand rather than attempt to flame someone on a personal attack basis. If you continue to bait and attack someone personally just as you have done, I promise you that your chances of being banned or suspended will rise substantially.
So please, start a thread and discussion on the politics of any other country if you choose. Show us how you "give a " yourself about other countries, rather than flaming those who enjoy discussing the politics in America. I look forward to your discussions and participation. |

Considering the fact that this is a public forum, if you want to talk to someone in private, you should write a private message :) |

Why are you here in a public forum when you wish to engage one person only?
I'm beginning to wonder if you are truly interested in having a discussion on other countries in the first place, as you have criticized others for failing to do.
Strangely, the only thread that you've created has America directly implicated in it:

So it appears you are being a little hypocritical, considering that our upcoming elections have a direct impact on our stance with the Iraqi war.
Strangely, it would seem that you dont give a about rest of the world, do you? |
