wasn't my fault, was breaking and the woman from behind came up short, hit me and pushed me into a honda.
now the guy is starting with the neck/back pain. i hate my life :( |

| I was in a car crash involving 6 cars with the same scenario...only 1 guy didn't stop in time, and he pushed cars into one another. As he was apparently still going 60 when he hit the first car. Anyways, u don't have to worry, as your not at fault, as what was already said. Though it may be possible for him to get attorney and go after u, its highly unlikely u would be the target. |
