Flying into and out of London. In between that, the only place we HAVE to be is country-side Brussels for a wedding on June 28th. We have 2 weeks to do France, Benelux, Germany, and maybe something up north like Sweden... lot's of train riding and not a lot of room to pack, which is why I want a pair of shoes that will do me well everywhere I go. :)

i made the mistake of only bringing 2 pairs of shoes with me (both sneakers) and the first day we got there my feet were completely soaked from walking around in the rain. i didn't want to bring any of my waterproof shoes because they were all so bulky and heavy, but those Merrell's were absolutely perfect. they weren't 100% waterproof but they repelled the rain pretty well. they're also super light and they looked good with pretty much any outfit i wore. although, they might not look as good with shorts/skirts, if you're planning on going during the summer.

yes, they're cheap cause they're under $80. i never understood people spending more than $80 on any article of clothing, especially shoes. you women are ed up

when it comes to comfortable shoes that can take a beating, you get what you pay for.

Definitely. I think Ill be wearing 3/4 length or long pants for the extent of the trip. There's a store down the street from me that sells Merrells, so Im going to check them out this weekend. :)

The only real problem I have is how to bring wedding attire on a trip where Ill be living out of my backpack...

i pay like 40-50 on nike sneakers but i shop at kidsfootlocker. f-t-w

I can't say because I am teeny tiny and wear loads of heels or boots.

My sneakers last me years because i barely wear them.

I like Jenny's.. though I dunno the $$. Myra's are waaay out of my league for price. :tongue2

precisely. I got waterproof ones for winter dog walks, should've been $80 and were $30. I buy Nike trainers cos they just stand upto the business much better than any others for all round jobs
