Yeah wth @ a court appearance for three pills. Cops must have been bored.
Also on that note, if you smell like marijuana and a dog smells it and picks you out entering an event, if you tell the cops you smoked weed immediately before entering the event, they no longer have the right to enforce a strip search. Happened to a dude I know at the last transmission, he had an 8 ball, 50 pills and some speed in his jocks and got away free because they could only pat him down. The more you know. |

really? lol all that trouble seriously
hmm well the thing is that over here in sweden it`s even illegal to be under the influence of weed so i guess i just acted on instincts..
is there a penalty for toking in oz? |

It varies from state to state and pretty much on the cops whim, but usually if you get caught smoking weed they'll just confiscate it and any paraphernalia and maybe give you a fine. |

Anyone who's been in the scene for any length of time would have to be incredibly stupid to think that there's no correlation between EDM and drug useage. Whether it's because it enhances the music, or because some people don't enjoy it without the drugs, or because they're so prevalent that being in the scene will eventually lead to you being exposed to them, or because EDM is 'party' music and partying involves, among other things, the ingestion of mind altering substances, you could argue 'why' all day, but there's obviously a connection. |

| Busted numerous times with various quantities of drugs. Most recently Possession with Intent to distribute not marijuana, so scary. Had to spend some time in rehab, charges ended up getting dropped completely. |

big word, but there`s also that to rock... not as common by far though and it`s mostly the people that actually play in the band that use it

Well yeah most music scenes have their own substances. Acid and pot for hippies, pot and coke for rap, heroine for grunge, etc. EDM isn't unique in this case, though I'd say it's a little more extreme than most other scenes.
I have a really hard time imagining he hasn't at some point, even if it's just a quick joint before a gig or a line beneath the decks. |
