Yes and i was in the military at the time.
All they got me for though was attempted use, they couldn't get me to confess to anything even after holding me in a room for over 15 hours before questioning me.
I basically said that I took something I thought to be something but didn't get the desired effect therefore dodging the serious charge of actual drug use and the BCD.
Lesson learned is always lawyer up. |

| I was 10 years old and it was Shabbat and they had TONS of little wine cups to drink after services and mom was like "just take ONE!" as she always said. But this time I took about 20 and I got drunk in Synagogue. My mom found out and called me a bastard for getting drunk in God's house. hahah whatever I had to get part of my penis chopped off thanks to this "Jew God". So I'm not gonna quit drinkin in God's house until God's penis is partially chopped off too. |

My friend got arrested for dealing right infront of me. It was at the biggest annual event Hawaii has, Love Fest.
Anyways, she did a deal, FDA came outta ing everywhere, took her ass away. Biggest downer ever.
Oh and I always saw this quiet girl I went to HS with, 4.0 honor student, at raves. Wondered why because it seemed she was never having fun. Turned out she was dealing for her bf. She got caught, was all over the news. Lost her scholorships and is now on house arrest.
:haha: |

Was outside a club, off face on speed and pills, these 2 guys out the front smoking started a convo with me. They turn the conversation around to drugs, when I've sufficiently implicated myself, they show me badges, drag me down the road a little, and threaten to drag me down to the station and lock me up.
They then start pushing me to tell them where I obtained my stuff (I managed to convince them I'd taken it all, thank god), I say I bought it off someone a couple weeks ago (first mistake, I should have just given then a generic description, on later introspection). I tell them I can't help them because I don't know anyone dealing in the club, they threaten to drag me in again. I tell them it's not illegal to be intoxicated and that I have nothing on me, therefore they can't achieve anything by taking me in. They pull out some mic and call in a van in. They get angry at me for not being 'co-operative' and drag me around the corner, at this point I think I'm going to get the bashed out of me.
Instead they say that 'maybe they can let it slide if I help them out.' In my foggy state, it takes me a moment to understand what it is they're implying. They ask me to pull out my wallet and show them how much cash I have, I ask to see their badge numbers again, they say I can either pay up and go, or I can take a look at their badge numbers, they drag me in, and they deny the whole thing. I give them the $120ish dollars in my wallet, they call back into the mic and cancel the van, 'this didn't happen, don't tell anyone or you're in serious trouble.' They walk off down the road, I spent the next 5 minutes trying to wrap my head around the whole thing, then go into the bathrooms and promptly drop another pill and wrack up two huge lines, then head back to the dancefloor.
I was kind of pissed off about the whole incident when I woke up the next morning, but it was a learning experience I guess. Now I'm a 'lot' more careful about what I say to people I don't know, and I realise how I could have handled the situation better. On the bright side, I didn't get locked up/fined/charged, that would have played all sorts of havoc with my night. |
