I don't know where to start with your ing dumb ass. I'm wondering if its even worth the trouble to attempt to explain something so complex to someone who clearly doesn't grasp it beyond simple terms like "rigged". Do you know what popular vote is? Do you know how the electoral college works? Do you know what the supreme court is? Do you know what electoral delegates are?
Bush won the popular vote in 2004. In 2000 Al Gore won the popular vote but the supreme court handed Florida's delegates to Bush.
By and large, Bush won because enough people voted for him. This is not disputable, it's what actually happened.
Finally, I am American, and not all of us are dumb, and not all of us voted for bush, and not all of us think he was elected fairly (I happen to think that in the context of the election process, he was. Whether I agree that that process is fair is a different debate).
