In answer to Skipper's question I would say it is because most guys are wary of and therefore stay away from anything that might be perceived of as gay i.e. anything to do with any foreign object entering or being near or even touching their ass be it a finger a tongue or anything else.
I was once talking with a guy who never had a girl go anywhere beyond the balls because he thought the idea of a girl on his choda a.k.a. taint a.k.a. spot between balls and was absolutely disgusting. That is just a measure I guess of how far this wariness can go.
This is especially true with guys who are not secure in their sexuality and therefore will not approach anything that can be thought of as gay even though there is almost no chance any of their peers would ever find out about it 'just in case' they find out something about themselves they don't want to know or aren't comfortable knowing. I think its allready been sufficiently answered, but I'll throw in my 0.02. IMO, it is such a strong (erroneous) belief that anything going down there is far too taboo, and that conditioning leads to the fact that most guys will not find it pleasurable as to them it seems 'unnatural'. Most don't have the capacity to just let go and be comfortable completely with their partner, and open to exploration.
To follow up on that question, what are the female perspectives of a guy who is completely comfortable in his sexuality, thus would be far more interested in all sorts of play, as opposed to a more conservative 'straight up sex' kind of guy?

The pee hole isn't really a hole. Well it is but it is tiny, a bit like a pin hole. It is between the clitoris and the vagina on the vulva. It can be in quite different places too, some women have it really close to their clitoris and some have it just inside the vagina.
Basically, if you almost put it in the wrong hole, it was the bum hole, not the urethra opening (unless you have a pin dick, LOL!).
