But she's right, you'll find lots of sushi that isn't raw fish. Almost every restaurant will have a cucumber roll, smoked salmon, chicken or beef teriyaki, avocado, asparagus, egg, sweet potato, etc. And of course there's always tempura and dumplings, and various other kinds of regular non-rolled oriental food.
I'll cover this in the thread. ;) I always forget that there are actually people who have never had sushi... whereas I usually eat it every week or every other week, haha.
(P.S. we'll be sneaking a sea urchin into the plate of cucumber rolls.) |
