Oh yeah, it's really gorgeous in the summer. It was definitely dismal looking in the winter when you were here. You'll just have to come back when the weather's nicer.

I used to run no less than 4 miles mon-fri. So at least 20 miles a week at an easy pace.

For our pft (physical fitness test) you run a timed 3 miles. perfect is 18min failing is after 28min. When i first joined not running at all i did it in 27min. Got down to 20min in bootcamp, slowly rised after 4 years was doing 25min and right now im back to 21's.

My knees are destroyed. I'm 22 and feel at least 30.:(

It seems like a lot of people get knee problems from distance running.

I run on grass and don't do long distance. Haven't had any knee problems yet.
