yeah, but both came up through the Sevilla youth teams, along with Jose Reyes & others. Classy is all I can say about it. |

Ah didnt know that, thought he was madridista all the way.
Just saw the replay on BBC from the Silva headbutt, seems like Podolski simply came very close with his head but no real movement. Should've been a red for Silva and yellow for Podolski for provoking.
Spain were simply brilliant, and it aint easy playing brilliantly against the Germans ... well.. except when they play as crappy as tonight i guess.
Have to mention Iniesta though, so great to see players who can keep a ball and overtake men in midfield.
And Senna off course, he allowed the entire team to play the way they did. |

| And yes, Germany was utterly useless for most of the game. I wasn't even that pumped when the final whistle blew because of how weak Germany had been in trying to find an equalizer. A good win for Spain, and hopefully the first of 3 championships in the next 4 years. :D |

barcelona is on fire!!! I'm really surprised but in comparing with the rest of Spain, you are right. I'm watching TV and in Madrid, Valencia or Sevilla, bufff, i don't have words. Really nice to enjoy!
