I think The Ring and Ringu are both wonderful. I never understood the gripe against the US version other than "Elitists slap themselves silly over another foreign adaptation." Now, The Ring 2 was absolute .
I didn't think Ju-On was all that great of a movie in general, but it sure scared the piss out of me.

Not sure I would call it horror, but very creepy. The Exorcism of Emily Rose def gave me a few sleepless nights. :nervous:
