I really liked both of these mixes, and I really appreciate the concept behind these. I think for the DJ, it makes the music that little bit more personal in a way if the tracks are kept unidentified.
I often used to make demo cd's with almost the same concept without even really planning it, I'd let loose with a few bevies & pipes or whatnot and just mix, record and burn cd's for people without telling what the tracks were. Some of my best mixes I found came out of it too.
Rob, I luv the artwork for your mixes! Gonna download David's set too.
I'd mabey also like to add a mix to this thread if you guys don't mind.:) |
