Well purely sticking to TV series, off the top of my head and in no particular order;
"Q"- Star Trek
"Mulder" - X-Files
"Lieutenant Starbuck" - Battlestar Galactica (The Original Series)
"Jean-Luc Picard" - Star Trek TNG
"Arnold Rimmer" - Red Dwarf
"Dave Lister" - Red Dwarf
"Gaius Baltar" - Battlestar Galactica (New One)
"Bender" - Futurama (its still sci fi:p )
"Crypt Keeper" - Tales from the Crypt (fantasy, but still loved him when i was a kid)
"Al" - Quantum Leap
That should do it for now, i might edit it later though lol.
let the geek bashing begin!
What are your favourites? ;) |
Mulder, Rimmer, Lister and Bender are not real sci-fi!! :p
My fav sci-fi character? Londo Mollari. Hands down. |

Lando & G'kar are by far one of the best scifi "teams" that have appeared in any form, book, tv or movie. By their own each character is great, but when they are together they make tv history. |

Weird is a good description, I guess. I will give anything a chance, and since I liked the original movie (waaaaay back in the 90s) I thought $65 for 8 seasons would be groovy.
Hey, come on, I've been wrong once or twice before!
It was never a B5, or a BSG. I never tried to compare them, either.
Out of curiosity, how do you feel about Farscape PKC? |

Haven't heard. I would only be interested if it were Firefly-esque (which I consider somewhat of a masterpiece). I never got into Buffy or Angel at all. Teeny-bopper shows make me want to crap in Sarah Michelle Gellar's shoes. |
