| Circoloco makes DC-10 all worth it. I've never been to the top 3 on that list but DC-10 is absolutely the best place I've ever been to. |

MK, what's your opinion on "The End" making #6? Wouldn't you say that's relative to Footwork making the list? Both VERY similar venues and both great for the same reasons imo

1. i used priviledge as an example for more of an "experience" as a night club.
2.I think its great that The End made #6, its a great club. I don't know if its on Par with Footwork making the list, don't get me wrong, its great that it did for Toronto, I just don't think its as worthy as some of the clubs behind it.
3.You are right, it is my opinion, and what I think of the club is what I think of the club. Just the same as what you think of Footwork is what you think of it...
I honestly don't see what the problem is... Jay just suggested Guv be in the top 10 and he had every right to voice his opinion...

MK, sorry for the confusion. My point was that "THE END" and FW are almost identical in "experience". (and the End was no.6!!!) |

Longevity, decor, experience, parties... it is a world class experience. It truly is a super club... so of their practices may not be to peoples liking but they are still a business out to make money.
As for Footwork.. I like the place and am happy to see it on the list.
When I was at Cielo earlier this month I got the same kinda vibe there that I usually get at FW.
I have never had a bad time at FW. I really like the set up, washrooms are always clean, the staff is friendly, they have a wide variety of events, drinks are a reasonable price... the list goes on. At the end of the day it is just my opinion...
I don't really understand all the recent complaining.. but I would beating a dead horse to say that people around these parts complain too much. |

| I've been to Fabric and think that the Guv is a far better club. Better lighting, sound, design. Not that I had a bad time at Fabric, I actually loved it as the music was great, but I do think that Guvernment is a world-class club. |

I agree that Guv is a great venue that should be in the top 10 clubs list. I used to take it for granted but after going to Ibiza, I can really appreciate Guv and the fact that we have something like that here in Toronto. They may not have the best crowds but in terms of VENUE, LIGHTS, and DJs its an amazing place.
If Guv was situated in a different place, say Ibiza (just as an example) and it would have the Ibiza crowd... that I think that it would be #1 on all the lists. |
