But honestly it's really just you. That's why people look you're all self continuous and looking around. |
Definitely agree here
It's so obvious when people eat alone and are embarassed by it. I see it all the time on my lunch break - they keep taking shameful bites of their food with their head constantly jutting upwards to see if anyone is looking at them. Most people ashamed of eating alone take it one step further and pretend to be complete engrossed in some random article in a magazine or around with their cell phones while picking at their plate.
Total BS in my opinion - and it also ruins the enjoyment of your meal. I LOVE getting away from my work during my break and eating alone in the food court - even my own lunch which I bring with myself probably 80% of the time.
There is nothing to be embarassed about - just sit down and enjoy your freaking food. You're human and you have to eat - who is going to stare at you weirdly for indulging in a basic human need? |

I love eating alone, especially sitting down at restaurants and cafes. |
Room service is the best. When I'm traveling for reasons lacking excitement, it is one of my favorite pastimes. If I had unlimited wealth, I would never eat a meal not delivered to a hotel room I was occupying. |

haha i would be lying if i said i didn't enjoy room service every once in a while, but what i love is exploring when i'm traveling and finding the memorable, tasty, cheap holes
people usually look at me anyways because i'm 6'5", so when i am traveling in mexico for instance i expect to be looked at :p |

| when I was in high school, I used to go off to tournaments by myself, so I guess that leaves some sort of 'teenage freedom' association with room service & sportscenter. [I know that sounds ridiculous.] |
