i'm in burbank and felt it good! i was on my couch eating lunch and my wall started shaking, thought maybe it was a big truck going down my street or the construction across the street and then the whole building started moving and shaking. i'm on the second floor of an old apartment building, everything was rattling and moving but thank God nothing fell off the shelves or anything. i seriously just stood up from the couch and didn't know what to do next. i mean, shoot, i'm from georgia, i know what to do in a tornado, but not earthquake, lol. i'm just glad it wasn't as bad as it could have been.
i looked outside after it was over and my pool was still rocking with waves :D

You know you've lived in LA to long when a quake his and you know how big it is before the reports are in. What did I text you Billy? Didn't feel like a 5.8. What did I say it felt like before they dowgraded it?
Yep...I'm ready for my move:)

Pretty much experienced that one at ground zero. Was at work in Chino, live in Chino Hills and I have never felt anything like that and I've lived in SoCal my entire life. Knocked some stuff over at my house but no damage.

more updates from close to the epicenter.

my co-worker's patio collapsed (la habra). his family is ok though.

he also had a relative in chino at the time and there was structural damage to where he was.

there have also been minor injuries reported right down the street from my house. fortunately, my house appeared to have dodged a bullet.
