Just read an article stating that studies have now proven that one cannot be overweight and still be healthy. The study showed that women who were overweight and active STILL had increased cardiovascular problems (high cholesterol, atherosclerosis, increased BP, etc.).
So next time you hear some stupid fat ing whore say it, tell her she's wrong. And fat. And to step away from the cake and hit up a goddamn treadmill. |

I read an article that states you can not smoke cigarettes and still be healthy.
It was a survey. How healthy are you? First question was do you smoke cigarettes? If you answered yes, don't waste your time with the rest of the questionnaire. You are not healthy.
