No, it's mostly after I read this article that the water is leaving traces of prescription drugs. Kinda skeeved me out afer that.

Christ what is it with the idiots...a Britta filter with the container is not an option for a student?? I had one in college, so did my friends. Have a Refrigerator? Then u can have cold filtered water. |

My bad, I read your original post as getting a filter for the water tank itself.
I do have a Brita water filter... but I am talking about tap water, unfiltered. |

| I was told Toronto has semi decent water but in the 5 years I've been here, I haven't attempted to drink it yet. I remember back home it smelled like chlorine. Nasty. |

Doesn't smell and has no taste... some bottled water is gross imo, evian is a good example.:o

There's a distinct difference in the water here in England as opposed to Scotland. Up there, the water is superb, real refreshing and it literally sings when it comes out the tap :)
Down in England here where I live at the moment, there's so much oestrogen pumped into the water supply, that it won't even come out the tap until you tell it it's arse doesn't look big. :( |
