I really like a couple of local acts like Kidzen and Inga Liljestrom for a bit of a jazzy flavour, but there's electronic influence so maybe it doesn't count.

Lots of newer and fusion stuff to recommend, but currently really, really enjoying the following
Brad Mehldau "Largo" - From 2001, have loved it since the first time I heard it, but lately it's like it's gone even beyond that. One of my favorite albums, likely of all time - I've listened to it at least once a day for the last two weeks.
Medeski, Martin, & Wood [MMW] "Combustication" and "the Dropper" - "Combustication" is more the new/fusion jazz, creepy as hell, very electronic influenced but still straight jazz. "the Dropper" is a straight up jazz trio (bass, percs, and keys) album, very acoustic, but their cover of "Partido Alto" is my favorite tune of theirs.
John Scofield "A Go Go" [featuring MMW] & "Uberjam" [feat. various] - Scofield is at his best when he collaborates, "A Go Go" is as much an MMW album as it is Scofield. They play brilliantly together. "Uberjam" is basically just Scofield with a bunch of different guest artists. Best jazz guitarist ever.
Charlie Hunter "Return of the Candyman" - Charlie Hunter is the master of the 8 to 10 string guitar, depending on the day. Very weird and creepy sounds, but still somehow highly melodic and jazzy. His cover of Steve Millar's "Fly Like an Eagle" is epic.

Me too actually.
Been recently getting really into Eric Dolphy. He's kind hard to "get" at first, sounds somewhat eccentric.
