I think it was a mix of both. He said in the interviews that he liked his underground music faceless, and he followed that philosophy. I don't think he consciously meant to be some kind of antithesis to Tiësto, but it was fun to perceive it as such. At the end of the day, he just always did his own thing, and that's what really mattered. Fortunately, it looks like nothing will change in this matter, whether we now know his real identity or not. |
