I just recently read the Twilight Series by Stephanie Meyer. They were very entertaining.
My favorite book of all time is A Tree Grows in Brooklyn by Betty Smith.
Lemme see if I can't think of a few more. |

"We Wish To Inform You That Tomorrow We Will Be Killed With Our Families"
Philip Gourevitch.
Stories from the Rwandan genocide era. Very well-written with an intensive background of how the country's severe problems came about....as well as personal tales of the trauma that went about during that time. Combo of political/historical/personal. Tons of awards won for this book, and for good reason. |
