Got in around 1:30. Armin was killing KoolHaus. Too packed, but we managed to make space for ourselves. He was playing pretty well, but i got a bit bored of the non-stop breakdowns and buildups.
Went to the main room around 4 and Angello and Ingrosso ripped it apart. The two of them by far were playing amazingly well and there was great energy in the room.
Went back for Armin around 6 when he played Satellite and then left.
Most memorable set? Angello and Ingrosso |

i was near the front facing the stage. as i'm reading a text on my phone i heard a very loud air horn blast in my right ear.. so i flinch, probably comically so, and turn to see 2 meatheads with "security" shirts giggling and running away like fgts. glad they could entertain themselves at expense of the tiny range of frequencies that is now permanently deafened... like come on, who the does that or lets their staff get away with that ? |

That was fun.
Got there at 22:15 through guestlist. The lines were moving at a good pace.
Spent the next 1.5 hours walking around and checking out all the rooms. SkyBar was pleasant. Fireworks were cool. :D
Got back into KH just before Armin hit the decks and stayed there the rest of the night. Massive tunage! :eyespop: :eyes:
His mixing was a little iffy at times though...
Left at 07:15. Time well spent. Body needs rest.
'Twas nice seeing everyone. :) |

Mark Knight played a lot of Toolroom tracks:
Mark Knight & Funkagenda - Man With The Red Face
Dave Spoon - 88 (Mark Knight & Funkagenda Remix)
FPS - Mist
etc...
He also played that bootleg of Around The World. His set was really up and down energy-wise. 8/10
Benny Benassi:
Such a random set! He started of with monsters like Dusty Kid - Kore (sounded amazing on that system!) and Radio Slave - Grindhouse and then played more mainstream stuff closer to the end.
Big WTF moment was when he dropped Gui Boratto - Haute Couture.
In the general, he got the room moving really good, so 9/10
Angello and Ingrosso:
These guys were amazing as usual. They were pretty much the reason I went to LoL, and they delivered! Played a lot of unreleased stuff, bootlegs, mash-ups. 10/10 but not as good as last time (in April), that was 11/10 :D
Great vibe in the main room! Everybody was having a good time. |
