Congress voting no on this bill is the best thing that could've happened to us. It's passing would only end up giving the globalists exactly what they want, total control. Their plan to bankrupt the economy and seize absolute power has failed, at least for the time being.

Good idea... How do you think I've been managing to go out 2-3 times a week for the past few years and pay for school?

Two weeks ago John Mcain said that the American economy was fundamentally sound. Is this the right guy to be president of America ?.

Dont worry, the fundamentals of the economy are still sound.

As long as your definition of the fundamentals is that the American people are hard workers, then you and Mr. McCain (and the fastasy world in which he lives) are correct.

However, the rest of us live in the real world. The fundamentals of the enconomy are far from sound. Banks are not lending money to people like they should. Consumers are not spending money like they should be. Home prices are falling faster than the Mets collapse. Lots of people have already lost their jobs, and a ton more are about to. New home construction is at a standstill. Need I go on???

But remember everyone, relax, McCain says "The fundamentals of our economy are strong."

Sure thing, buddy. I certainly trust a man who says that, and one who also stated "I don't know much about the economy." Oh wait, that was the same guy.

You are saying that McCain is wrong about the economy? You are so not patriotic. You are letting the terrorist win.

More and more, I think neither of them are the right guy... They're both FOR the bailout and both pointing fingers at each other blaming them for something that led to this situation we find ourselves in.... To them, it's a big campaign issue, and each time I hear either of them giving a speech (cos god knows they don't do press conferences), it makes me sicker and sicker... We need a good 3rd party.
