there was a show on foodnetwork or travel channel recently and it was about this little place in tokyo that is famous for chicken. he raises his own chickens on the farm and literally kills them that day before he cooks them...so it's the freshest chicken with no hormones or anything like that. he doesn't waste any part of the chicken either and his specialty is serving it RAW. like just seared.
RAW ing chicken...like some delicacy in japan.
i'm pretty open minded with food and i'll pretty much try anything, but that's definitely something i would most likely pass on:wtf: |
