| i am dark meat, especially thigh, all the way since meat on the bone is always going to be softer than white meat like breast. Speaking of chicken, I will be going to Roscoe's House of Chicken n' Waffles this friday here in Southern California. For those of you fortunate enough to have eaten there, envy me for I will be basking in gravy goodness soon enough, plus their grits are the bomb. |
