Yup. I used to have a really nasty skin problem back when I used to eat meat. The acne I had was so severe it would often start bleeding spontaneously. Here, I think you can see some of the scars quite clearly in this picture:
See how my skin is not exactly "smooth"?

I don't know. I had some meat last year without knowing it and I had a sample of what my old days were like, so it's not psychosomatic or anything like that. But, I've only asked two nutritionists so far, and their clue was as good as mine. It's not like I miss it that much :p
