lots of coffee makes your bladder weak, if your bladder is weak, then you have to pee a lot, and you can easily get a bladder infection.
hence, why I limit myself to ONE cup a day. |

oh yeah. I'm firmly against red bull or other energy drinks/shots/whatever. the crash you get from that completely s up your body cycle IMO. I hate being a zombie for so long after taking in an energy drink
tea on the other hand... i can drink that stuff by the pints... :nervous: |
