average of 5 coffees a day and 2 teas
i know this is not very healthy but like now i've just drinking a tea its 9:30 pm and i have to study
so tired but no choice:( |

| i wake up at 7:30 work 9 to 6 and classes 6:15 or 7:00 to 10pm, and usually go to bed at 1 or 2am, havent drink any coffee for the last six to eight months.. i just work through it i guess |

Switched from morning coffee to tea recently. After that it's water and bananas/snickers. The toughest time for me is after lunch. My body screams for a siesta, I' just not functioning for a good 45 minutes after eating, even if it's only been a small salad :(
I regularly go to the toilet to wash my face, sometimes even slap it and curse to the mirror. Then back to my chair and ready to go. I love my job obviously! :p |

| FOOD. A good proper diet with lots of protein and fibre and complex carbs. Big breakfast is key. Oatmeal for the goddamn win. |
