That's true but this has a positive side, more local Djs which perform in most of the time better than big names.

maybe im hallucinating, but i thought i read somewhere before that preach and tiesto have had great parties in montreal together. preach could be one of the local DJs, what do you think?

Well Preach would be one hell of a booking and would work well with Tiesto but I am not sure who mentioned it, that Tiesto will be the only big name since the organizers already paid alot of money and Preach for sure doesn’t et paid like local Djs.

zeKsg I guarantee you, this year setup will at the most have another 1 or 2 light extra light bulbs somewhere, it won't be much better... From being at 3 bell centre parties, these guys don't improve... They change it up a bit every time, but that is about all you can expect...
true but we shouldnt so hard on them (true lights could be better)i think montreal is a difficult crowd to please not only because i mean were hard to please when it comes to anything and we bitch a lot and second of all because i think thers two very different kind of crowds that show up to those parties A BIG HOUSE fan crowd AND A BIG TRANCE fan crowd.. they always have to have big names for both styles or people get pissed off... and also have seen many of the same names show up on facebook trance addict bal en blacn pictures website and these are names of some of the organisers who keep getting a lot of feedback and sometimes not the most positive and theyre still back everyyear with a great attitude to make it better... at first i to was pissed at maybe the lack of visual effects but then realised we still go and walk out of there with a bigger smile than before we walked in... all im saying true we can bitch about the price the dj line up the date and everything else but we still walk out of there with all the same question on our lips... -Fcuk bal Whens the next one again??!? -WHAT!@#$ that long!! - !

Seriously, there was over 50,000 watts in lights last year, The Bell Centre is a huge place, the ceilings are very high, everything seems out of proportion in there, but trust us, there was no lack of lights and sound.
Tiësto blew everyone's mids away in Québec City in August, and his set promises to be even more intense on January 1st. Don't forget that he's granting us with a real treat to welcome the New Year, a special 5 hour extended set.

I've been twice to 2 raves at Bell Center and never experienced a bad sound like you mentioned. Regarding the lasers or lights or whatever u were referring to, I like it the way it was, it could iprove for sure but too much laser is annoying sometime, dunno may thats me.

Bal en blanc, whatever you claim here, your lights and sound don't come close to what ID&T provides in Europe... You should really look up to them...
They lights aren't horrible but there is TONS of room for improvement.

I recommend you guys watch the Sensation White clips....even though it is commercial stuff its intense!....the lighting/setting/60,000+ crowd..i cant wait to hit this ....and also trance energy in Amsterdam...sick...these are true parties to hit....but still guys be thankful we have balenblanc to bring us events...at least we dont live in vermont :P

You guys have to keep in mind that we're in North-America here, not in Europe... We do not have the same concentration of populations, and in Europe, as you know, you hop on a train and are in a new country within 6 hours.
We don't even have 10 million people in the whole province, as opposed to France which have over 100 million people that share a land 10 times smaller than Quebec.
At some point, we do have to be realistic...
Also, no one seems to take into consideration the fact that Tiësto's visit is part of the official tour "In Search of Sunrise 3" and that he may not want another headliners to perform on his own tour..?

He doesn’t need to be a headliner, some one from his label like Matzo or even Preach would be amazing
