i have alot of people that i have spoken to every now and then and bump into occasionally on there...but the people i took off were those that havent made an effort to stay in touch despite having all my contact info for 8 years...the internet DID exist at that time so theres no excuse when they add and dont even say a "hey wats up" at least when adding

i see where you are coming from. this has never happened to me. people that have added me have always said something. or i try to say something. i think the difference is that people can't add me but i can add them. (i don't want to come up on the google search too much so i have went into super privacy mode).

im certainly not taking facebook seriously. i guess this thread was directed at the people that i know for a fact do. i have had people tell me in conversations how many friends they have - and expect some sort of applause or something. its really pathetic. and i agree with the idea of the article - you're definitely meant to lose touch with some people. that's why they exist in your past.

is that the cake we made all those gummy bears have fake sex on? that was a great cake. you can have the plate - i got lots lol.

Yes it was the gummybear gangbang cake. Its the greenheaded stepchild of my plate pile, lonely at the bottom, unused.

I'd love that Facebook app. It would save me the effort of doing that manually (that being removing friends that I never ever communicate in any way with).

I think Fade is a great idea. So much that I'm actively considering spending some free time putting it together. The only thing is, I don't think that Facebook apps actually have the ability to interact in quite the way that's described, manipulating photos and all. It'd have to be more of just an auto-delete.

i actually made that plate myself, in a ceramics class, many many moons ago. so you should start using it, because it is the fruits of my labour.

Did you enlist the help of Patrick Swayze, in a scene reminiscent of the movie Ghost?

Well obviously, you should know that I couldn't care less if you made a plate with Patrick Swayze like in a scene from Ghost

Come on meow

I'm not even sure Facebook apps have the permissions to delete friends without some sort of consent from the user. At least they shouldn't, because the potential for abuse is evident.
