High school- the best times of your life? (pg. 9)

My best times were after high school. I could never skip town in high school. Why? Because I needed permission. College is far far better. In high school, you're just somebody's kid.

Well maybe if you weren't such a loser, you would've enjoyed high school?

School for me was awesome, can't say it was the "best", but it wasn't far off it. Few years after school were probably the best point in my life, where I was going out a lot with mates, had a GF, just generally didn't give a where my life was going at that point, so I just let loose..

Secondary school for me was the best days of my life and it is going to be very difficult to beat it.. I wasn't neccessarily popular but I hung around with the popular crowd.

My memories were just all about going to the school disco every 2 weeks and figuring out how best to go and get your booze and which girls were on your hit list that night, 'smell my fingers, guess who' to your best mate was always a highlight..

Other memories consist of sciving off to play PS2 and the copied games, in sixth form leaving early on the fridays just to go and perv on the other schools sixth form.

I have never laughed so hard in some of the days at school. I went to a pretty run down school, where the teachers were made a mockery at every opportunity and where every day had a story or an event which happened.

College was ok.

Uni was ok, regret not living away, but there were still good times.

But nothing will compare to my school days. I think its the lack of responsibility and no worry of money that makes these days the best. I would consider myself a fairly happy person, but I would give anything to go back to them days!!!

Bills or not, the freedom you have past 25 makes you forget all about high school.
