don't deep fry salmon or ing coat it in egg and flour...what a waste of good fish...you do that with fish not salmon.

salt and pepper + curry + cayenne + onion powder.

2 minutes on each side at high heat then finish in a 375 degree oven for 5 minutes.

you now have salmon diablo. serve with lemon wedges.

yes thats it... you have to sear if first before you put it in the oven or it will be mushy and soft

most of the time ill just put some light pepper on my salmon... mmm

also salmon is a bit better when rare.
