Look what I made for dinner tonight

I took a nice fat chicken breast and carefully made a nice big pocket out of it (no leaks!). I proceeded to stuff it with smoked ham, Swiss Emmental cheese, fresh Parmesan cheese and white mushrooms sauteed in butter. I then breaded it throughout and fried it in olive oil for about 6 minutes on each side, followed by another 10 to 15 minutes in the oven.
The result was incredible. |

| funny i made ricotta & spinach stuffed chicken recently and it came out pretty decent, but REALLY messy. this is a great idea and i can't wait to try it! |

looks ok, if you do not want it to get burnt like it did do not use olive oil. Frying with it is not a very good idea and it will taste better with canola or peanut oil.
also...cordon bleu style chicken needs a sauce lonely man:p |
