+1 he just banged it out for 2 hours straight!!!! of course he was the main reason i went to MM as i do not like all ages raves for so many of the reasons listed in so many threads so i'll leave it alone.

my experience was a bit different than most on here, and yes i know, i must have a 4 leaf clover stuck up my ass :) thanks to michelle, got a hook up for VIP, met up with heather, markus schulz's wife and was able to chill on the other side of the stage where there was plenty of room to dance. had a random conversation with judge jules about education, lol and saw a few friends.

once markus left i dragged our group to the house area to get ready for steve. i did bounce over to angello and ingrosso while JOC was on but didn't get to stay very long, hated to leave but had to meet back up with my group. also, found out that audiofly started the night, hated i missed them too!!!

we got over to the house area about 1:20 and danced to lavelle until steve got there. saw him and he came over to say hi and invited michelle and i up on stage. they had some fire marshall drama and mostly cleared the stage but after about 45 minutes steve waved me back up. he knows i love to watch him mix, my favorite dj to watch!!!! i love, love, love this man's sets!!!! and saturday night's set was freaking amazing!!!! so hard and dark and just dirty. i thought it was better than his ibiza set. i didn't stop dancing the entire time. i mean i know i'm biased b/c he's my fav but still, i loved it. and to watch michelle (sweetcandygirl) and dave t's michelle dancing their asses off was great, 2 trance fairies giving the house some props!!! just gotta love steve, sexy fcking house! wish he coulda played longer but that'll have to last me until i see him in miami for conference. ugh, 6 months! oh well, he usually spins no less than 6 hours at his party there so it'll be worth it.

said our goodbyes after some pics and silliness, then off to my friends afterparty.

like i said, MM for me was not bad b/c i was tucked away mostly from the crackhead kids that lay all over the floor/ground. i did see several young girls mostly unconscious being either held up by their mostly fcked up friends or being carried out by security. i struck up a conversation with one of the staff/security guards and i was like if this event would just be 18 and over half of the they deal with would go away and he was like absolutely. he said they would probably have no less than 8 OD's that night and as we were heading to the house area we watched EMT's and stretchers being brought in, not a comforting sight.

all in all a great night, the parking cost sucked ass yes, but it was also really cool seeing so many great costumes and seeing friends and dancing to my favorite dj's set :)

Haha.. music always depends on the listener. For some reason a lot of people are retarded and like t pain. But i cant do anything to change the minds of the retarded. I still dont understand how you can get rich if you cant produce/sing/rap/use studio magic.

I liked MM a few years ago, but have stopped going. I got a few different messages from friends while they were there telling me of the dumbass fights, kiddy e-puddles, and swarms of raver teens. Yeah no thanks. Our house party went till 5am and only had the cops show up once. ;)

My VIP experience was horrible, except for a few things.

Cons:
-Groovetickets will call was pure chaos. Lines were long and confusing. Why barricade the line entrance on both sides? :whip:

-Actually getting in was a hassle too. Long line to get past the VIP parking lot entrance; made us get in single file and if you complained you got moved to back of line. Finally got through and had to get metal detected then joined another line -- found out 5 mins later that people with wristbands could bypass line, then a pat down and purse check.

-Friends with GA tix got in before me. WTF?!? :whip:

-Missed JOC's set.

-Took my friends forever to find the drinking wristbands table.

-Too many e-puddles, ridiculously hot and sweaty, pushing,...

Pros:
-Free water
-Markus' set
-Meeting Markus and getting him to autograph my Progression CD.
-Judge Jules' set
-Steve Lawler's set
-Finding free street near a friend's house.

I kind of wish I didn't spend $139 on Monster Massive.
I think I did see some TA's. :thepirate
