| it isnt a matter of gaining weight, or losing weight. It is a matter of achieveing the correct weight. And your bodies homeostatic tendencies will do that if you allow them to. Work out. Eat right. Thats all you need |

i kinda had the same problem, but went from 6'2 / 154 to 182 by working out and watching what I eat.
It's really too much to explain here, but if you're interested read some articles here:
http://www.cyberpump.com/features/nutrimuscle/
especially "Eating to Gain Mass - Part I & II"
hope this helps! |

| I know its hard to start workin out, but go read the posts on working out. It changed my life. and that isnt joking in the slightest. Itll be a new, more confident you. People say they dont mind being skinny, well if that is the case you REALLY wont mind being ripped. I used to be 6'2 140... now im 6'2 160...only twenty pounds, but since its no fat and defined muscles every person ive asked thinks i weigh at LEAST 180 hehe. Work out, I cant stress enough how glad you will be you did for the rest of your life. |

creatine and lifting helps, but it fuX0rs your tendons up cuz they don't keep up with muscle growth. and who knows what creatine does 20 years from now?
imo, u should get a job as a stock boy at ups or fedex or something instead of sitting around eating cheeeeeeeez.
speaking of sitting around, i wonder if one of them ab-shocker/stimulator thinger works... :D :D :D |
