His speech was amazing! I sat with UCLA classmates and family, not one dry in the room. It's the reason many of us voted for him, it is a slap in the face when hope and positivity overwhelm tactics of fear and hatred.
Up till today, McCain supporters in Florida issued phone calls to older Cuban Americans requesting them not to vote for Obama, on the basis that he's a supporter of Fidel Castro. ing disgraceful tactics.
I got a call today for yes on prop 8 and as I drove in my neighborhood I realized just how many people supported that proposition and I realized that if young people don't stand the up and vote, these old ass people are going to run this country into the dark ages with their outdated mentalities. I for one don't plan to marry a dude, but I have friends who are in deep like that and I don't think I could sit back and hope for the best for them. |

The acceptance speech had me on the verge of tears and it would have happened had people in the room not been making jokes about the people on TV. Amazing how he brought up the story of the 106 year old woman from Atlanta who saw so much and didn't have her head stuck up her ass like some of the counterparts from her generation... it was really inspiring and I really hope once we all reach that age, we will be as open minded.
What WAS interesting was to see McCain go out with class and concede his defeat early on. I did read something about him suing a military voting process that may or may not have helped him. Sarah Palin was also there on the sidelines and had nothing to say as well. I expected to hear something out of her but nothing so far. ALSO, during the McCain concession speech, any mention of the name "Barack Obama" drew loud roars and boos from the crowd (some of which he had to stop) and when Barack Obama said thank you to John McCain, the crowd in Chicago cheered him on and I honestly couldn't hear any boos at all. Maybe thats what you get when your campain focuses on appealing to the lowest common denomination or as some would call it, the "REAL AMERICA" (lol).
I got out of school at 6:30pm after school and turned on the TV (it was left on Fox before) and they had 'breaking news' so I didn't want to switch plus its always great to see what all the major networks are reporting. Bottom of the screen said "MCCAIN CAMP ADMITS THERE IS NO PATH TO 270" while the reporter was talking to a Democratic spokeswoman who candidly referred to Barack Obama as "President Obama" and the reporter nearly foamed at the mouth and said "well lets not jump to speculations so quickly" when the Democratic spokeswoman already knew it was over for them ALL WHILE the bottom of the screen flashed the statement from the McCain camp. Its almost COMEDY to see Faux Nooz PAINFULLY have to admit that Barack Obama was the winner from the election. Its like they did all they could to smear, badmouth, and paint him in such a negative light and they're in disbelief that it didn't work out for em. |

Ha ha ha. Xenpro's obsessive surrendering to recognize me show's his deep inert insecurities towrds me, his master. Congrats to him and all libtards alike, for putting their blind faith forward into our next president who ran on a platform of undefined change. It's no wonder Xenpro, DJ rann, big perf and their ilk are the targets of DNC social engineering and its policies. It's because their lack of higher education coupled with the resultant, constant misfire of cerebral-cortical neurons due to "R!ch's inalienable right to do drugs" that they can't mathematically add up Obama's tax and spending plan, especially in these economic times. To be overly enamored by charismatic speeches which contain no substance but only lofty pomp and circumstance shows how simple libtards really are. So what does it all mean anyway? At the end of the this night, R!ch can still only afford $30 dinners in Vegas. Ha ha ha. And was that reallly Paul Oakenfold who opened for Madonna tonight at Petco Park? |

LOL! You vote democratic and you're automatically a liberal? What the ?
Dear Junior TA (our bitch for the next 4 years)your way of thinking is the reason why the Republican party (whites only christian head coalition)got their ass handed to them. My family WAS republican until at a republican get together in the heart of OC they got treated like 2nd class citizens by various bigoted comments from people assuming they were Obama supporters, in retaliation they voted for Obama and believe me, I come from a huge family of instigators (its in our DNA) and that is not a good thing politically for Republicans.
My mom knows the bitch who put this out.

| Lets all just hope that Obama puts a strong administration together. His speeches are strong, but his credentials are not. Let him be the face and orator of america, he is the best i have seen in my lifetime. But please can we get some experienced policy makers to turn this mess around. We have given him the house & the senate, now lets see if he can define any of this change he has preached to us. |

He can pretty much do whatever he wants now, since the Dems are in control of the house and senate...
