I think that is EXACTLY where it's all coming from, all spawning from his out-of-context quote of "Spreading the wealth". You have no idea how many people I've heard saying "But Obama is a communist, right?" or "I received an e-mail saying all this bad stuff about who Obama truly is and it scares me"...
