| lol this is like the 25th thread on the topic this year. i used to think the arrangement was fail waiting to happen but I have since seen the light. if you just be a completely hateful ass and treat the girl like complete it will prevent her from having feelings for you so the arrangement can continue properly. unless it's a girl who likes being treated like , and in that case you've found a keeper anyway |

| not crazy to me...unless the guy's still in high school (which is still very rare; most guys do have a car at that age) then he's a bum...or a hippie because he refuses to burn fossil fuels but then he'd be hairy, doesn't shower often (as this would waste water) and stink. |

Relationships like that work in europe and I think they rock

People walk to meet up, or take the street car or something.
When I was in Heidelberg, I saw men in suits riding their bikes to work with their briefcases attached to the back. ing win imo
Sometimes my bf and I have absolutely no reason to take a car somewhere (either it's super close so we should walk - or parking will be a bitch so we can hop on the bus or train)
but noooooo his Altima is his life
Anyway, depends where you live and how you are used to getting around. I know a lot of girls wouldn't put the effort (at the beginning of a relationship anyway) to meet up with a guy who rides a bike. |

i know ania its different in North america i can understand why but it still makes me like "wtf" when i read or hear such things.
but i dont see why a girl could be turn off by a guy who doesnt have a car.......
and do the girls need to have a car as well?or if they dont do they become potentially unattractive?

i don't think it is the car so much as financial security. ;)
broke people can't enjoy themselves as much, and people with no car tend to (not always) be broke. If you are a person that likes to go on vacations or to nice restaurants , you will have a hard time dating someone who can only afford to sit at home in front of the television and smoke weed. |
