Ryan Tyas-Running Full Philadelphia Marathon

| Well since the Long Island 1/2 Marathon did not kick his ass, Ryan will be running the FULL Philadelphia Marathon this Sunday. So lets wish him luck!. |

This is my first marathon I'm attempting to run, so my goal is just to not stop running at any point during the race...and to rip it sikk.:disbelief
I actually did a special 4 hour trance mix to get myself through the race, but I will share it with you all and post this week. Just need upload all four parts of it ;) |

I'm so impressed, Ryan. You're an animal. Was planning to do the half marathon version myself, but I got lazy in my training.
Look forward to hearing the trance mix you made. High bpm's is critical when running. When I run I listen to the most obnoxious hard trance/hard dance music I can find. By the end of my long runs, my ears are bleeding.
