Hadn't really thought about it before reading this thread, but 2008 might just have been my best year so far.
-Nothing particularly bad happened (didn't lose anyone close, didn't lose too much money, didn't really get sick beyond allergies)
-Started university after a very long depressing sedentary period of my life
-Found myself within an academic system that's stimulating enough to not bore me to tears or make me depressed
-Thus far, maintained a GPA average of around 4.0
-My investements grew significantly
-Learned a bunch of new things
-Lost weight
-Had plenty of time to waste on TA
On a more personal level, I've matured a lot in the past preceding years, and it seems like this year I've really started to enjoy my adult life. Nothing really seems to bother me too much anymore, and I'm happier now than I've ever been before. The way things are looking, 2009 might be even better. |

Hmmm lets see how was my year.
Well that depends who you speak with.
For me it was good, well except for the divorce and not getting my daughter. But I am thankful that I am away from that complete control freak :D
And I am now back with family and friends and living my life the way it should be. FREE!!!! |

It was much better then last year thats for sure.Overall a really good year,Trance is back on the rise,I have a new Gf who Im madly in love with,got my drivers license and many other great things too
the only downside though is Obama won :( |
