Soooo.....I finallly decide to do something I wanted to do for a while. I'm uncertain as to the effect of my letter but at least I got it off my chest. Maybe some of you here will share my thoughts and suggestions. Anyhoo, here's what I sent to the email addy as found on the BeB website (I have not yet rec'd a response) :

Continuez vos excellentes productions !

Enjoy
Although you make some good (however unfeasible) suggestions with Sasha, Howells, etc ...

You complain about Guetta and want Deep Dish instead? ing LOL.
Enjoy
Also,

Even Sharam who spins/produces more "commercial" than Dubfire is not in the same ballpark as Guetta. Saw Sharam at the Guv for Halloween and there was very little vocals/cheese. I got a free Guetta cd with a dj mag several months ago, I could barely stand skipping from track to track.

Deep Dish have always had lengendary 8-12 closing sets at BeB. Calderone spun a great proggy/techy closing set last yr, but everyone I spoke with missed DD. Hell, Victor even spun Dubfire's sweet rework of Hawtin's "Spastik" !

Well line-ups are never having a 100% reaction of happiness

Some people were fed up of having Deep DIsh every single year

And now some others miss them

David Guetta has at least 3000 people happy to hear him... the rest of us are badtripping while he's playing

One thing for sure is that Offer Nissim should never play again at Bal En Blanc

That is a total disgrace

I'd love to see Morillo play in the house room at Bal en Blanc

Always a good show... will make it up for the mainstream people

Eric Prydz would be amazing but maybe not housy enough for them

The Cube Guys would bring something different also

Just something totally new and fresh would roch the party im sure

Like Cedric Gervais did last year

Not a spectacular dj... but plays good music... accessible to everyone and still banging

New guys.. please please please

I think what's important for this event is a balance between "tried, tested and true formula" (I can see BeB's view on this) - more so for the 450ers and bringing different/new talent - more so for the 514ers.
