I disagree....his comments are detrimental to elisha cuthbert... any comparisons to other employees in different industries are moot because nobody gives two turds if steve jobs is tapping bill gates ex. Only politicians should have to tread water because they represent 'the people'.
Athletes in all professional sports jab at each other. It's not like he threatened her life or called her a hooer. The only person who should really be upset is her boyfriend (okay maybe her too).
