but that's the thing...i DO hit the gas! when i see open road, i naturally accelerate, and i'm ALWAYS 20 over the limit, regardless of the road, except in school and hospital zones. Other than that, give me the 20 over ticket thank you very much.
so when i see pedestrians in that open road, i will just accelerate and unless they hurry their ass up (sometimes i get cocky s that just walk, even though i'm hurtling down trying to intimidate them) they WILL get hit...because I figure, they may be stubborn and trying to act cool on the outside, but when i drive by at 80 km/h and they can feel the wave of air actually push them, along with some high-revving exhaust note at 1 foot, i'm sure their hearts will skip a beat :disbelief at the end of the day, do you really want to sacrifice your bones to teach the driver of the car a lesson? LMAO that's ridiculous. I'll slow down for bums, though, because they have nothing to lose :nervous: |

If you read your insurance contract it clearly states you must mitigate your loss....so if you don't kill the pedestrian then you are not fullfilling your end of the contract. |
