Riding your bike the wrong way on a one-way road or on the left side of the road constitutes reckless driving. Playing chicken when you're going the correct direction does not. When you're on a bicycle, you are bound by the same rules of the road as a motorized vehicle. Who taught you the law?

If you can hit 20 over on a busy downtown street without hitting the run-down voyager/corola driving 30 in the left hand lane, all the more power to ya. |
