In any case, "a symphonic monster" sounds a lot more promising than anything having to do with Tom Morello guitar solos.

back in their home town. the place that inspired showbiz album :)

If she finally gets that album recorded she could finally take over. Stupid babies.
I hope not.

I'm predicting more M.I.A. and Kanye bull. Haven't seen anything that I'm looking forward to yet, save for Depeche Mode.

Uh! That song is what's wrong with new music today. She sampled
Wreckx-N-Effect - Rump Shaker and shat all over it. SO bad.

Erm... it's not really even a sample... just a "all I wanna do is" before changing the lyric of the rest of the line.

edit: not to mention the fact that the song borrows samples from at least two other tracks... it's an agglomeration, not a steal.

Not only words get sampled from songs.

There isn't anything else from Wreckx-N-Effects; the music borrows heavily from The Clash - which is one of the reasons I like her so much - her music borrows from multiple styles and multiple locations, but in the end, it's always her own.

There isn't any musical similarity other than the hook.

Yack!
You go on and like her, more for you lol
