| i was having a conversation with my landlord earlier about Detroit, and i mentioned that i had heard the average price of a home had fallen to $16,000. he quickly said "no no no, you've got it all wrong" so i immediately freaked out and got embarassed, thinking i said something really stupid... then he added "it's $18,000." |
