Old Miami is an experience not to be missed.
I am trying to think of any of the afterparties that blew my mind over the last 2 years and I can't think of a single one. They were good, but not absolutely amazing, like that day with Richie in the tent in 07. I think it's all about the fest/antics. |

| Ian and I are trying to decide if we should just get a hotel in the States or if it'd be better to just come back to my place in Windsor. Obviously tunnel buses won't be running all night, and cabs across the border and then to my house would be pricey! |

last year failure was an utter up almost a la Minitek! 1.5hr wait to get in a place way way too small and simply jammed twice the capacity and the vibe was meh
also thumbs down to smoking allowed in clubs in the states. that was sooooo disgusting |

We had no issues at all. Security barely looked at us twice. 
At any rate..."party hotel" isn't exactly at the top of the priority list for me. That is so high school, imo.
I'll do my partying at the festival/clubs. Hotel is for sleeping/recharging. And breakfast buffet, lol. |
